Creating a new RAC file and applying offline license with ARD 2.x:.Once you receive the new key, you can apply it without error. If you received the error while applying an offline license key, you will need to create a new license request (RAC) file so that the licensing team can create a new license for you.Applying online license keys with ARD 2.7+:.Applying online license keys with ARD 2.5-2.6:.If you received the error while applying an online license key, you can try re-applying the same license key.Continue with license application process or create a new license request file for the licensing team.Import the AgileDesigner license container into CodeMeterCC.If you are missing a license container, please do the following: If you have an incorrect license container, you see containers like this: ' AgileDesignerUnb', ' AgileDesigner-Trial', or ' AgileDesigner-Offline'.If you are missing a license container, you will see nothing listed.In the CodeMeter Control Center window, check under the ' License' tab.Locate ' CodeMeterCC.exe', right-click, and choose ' Run as administrator'.Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\CodeMeter\Runtime\bin.Run the setup_AgileDesigner_.exe installer, as you normally would.To check to see if you have a missing or incorrect license container, please do the following:.Open a Windows File Explorer and navigate to the directory where you have placed a copy of the Agile Requirements Designer install media.When the installer completes it check, it will open a dialog window with a list of the missing required software needing to be installed one of which will be the CodeMeter software. The ARD Installer will run a system check to ensure your system meets the system requirements, and checks the system for the prerequisite software packages installed. To install just the CodeMeter software, download the ARD Installer for your GA release of Agile Requirements Designer, and launch the ARD installation in the same manner as if you are installing ARD. The CodeMeter User Runtime is one of the packages that ships with ARD.
The Agile Requirements Designer installer ships several third-party software bundles as part of the installation.
